The Agreement and the corporation's agency position under the Agreement will terminate in sixty (60) days.

The Agreement states that upon termination, the Corporation shall continue acting as the Foundation's collection agent for receivables owed to the Foundation until the inventory of all publications and materials sold and distributed by the Corporation have been accounted for and the proceeds therefrom have been remitted to the Foundation.

The Agreement also states that all the publications, including The Urantia Book, now in the Corporation's possession and not sold, or which are on consignment, to wholesale or retail purchasers, are the property of the Foundation. The Foundation hereby requests that the Corporation cease to sell these unsold publications and return them to the Foundation immediately.

Finally, as of the termination of the Agreement, the Corporation must cease to represent itself, directly or indirectly, as the agent of the Foundation.
