Gentlemen:

Re: Termination of Urantia Brotherhood Corporation and Urantia Brotherhood Lease

The Trustees of Urantia Foundation ("Foundation") hereby inform you, as President of Urantia brotherhood Corporation and Urantia Brotherhood (collectively referred to as the "Brotherhood"), that the Foundation will no longer lease office space to the Brotherhood in the Foundation's 533 West Diversey Parkway building, and that the Foundation hereby terminates the Brotherhood's lease with the Foundation effective midnight, November 30, 1989.

If the Brotherhood finds suitable replacement space prior to December 1, 1989, the Foundation will pro rate rent to the date upon which the Brotherhood surrenders possession; the Brotherhood should, however, vacate the 533 Diversey Parkway building prior to midnight, November 30, 1989.
